About Jennifer Lilya

I’ve been illustrating fashion since the early 90s after graduating from FIT. My love of runway sketching has afforded me opportunities to work with magazines, ad agencies, fashion designers & PR firms. I specialize in traditional fashion illustration, but with a modern edge & witty hand-lettering. All of my work is done in acrylic paint & black ink on paper.

Lilya’s clients include ELLE, WWD, Saks Fifth Avenue, Givenchy, Stila Cosmetics, Katy Perry, Dolce & Gabbana/Swide, Edelman, Dove Hair Care, Mood Fabrics and many, many more. She lives in Brooklyn, NY with her husband and lovably mean chihuahua.

In an effort to widen our appeal, we were looking for illustrations that would masterfully interpret corresponding lifestyle photographs, offering an alternate perspective. Lilya’s work fit our needs perfectly, and the experience went beyond our expectations with additional illustrative concepts and incredibly responsive communication.
